2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter (room temp.)
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Nuts

Cream butter and brown sugar then add eggs, flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Mix well. Add nuts.

Roll in wax paper and refrigerate overnight or place in freezer for 3 hours. Slice 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
