TWO LAYER MOLD 
2 cans (12 oz. each) diet black cherry soda
2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. prepared low calorie whipped topping
2 c. dark, sweet cherries, frozen, defrosted and drained

Pour soda into medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over soda. Microwave at high 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves, stirring once. Chill to soft set stage. Add half of gelatin mixture to whipped topping whip. Fold in 1 cup of cherries, set aside.

Combine remaining cherries with remaining gelatin mixture. Pour into 4 cup mold. Chill until soft set. Pour topping mixture over mixture in mold. Chill. Calories: 47.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
