BROWNIE PIE 
3 egg whites
Dash of salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. fine chocolate
Wafer crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly in 9 inch pie pan, lightly buttered. Bake 35 minutes in preheated oven at 325 degrees. Cool thoroughly. Spread with whipped cream.
