BLACK DEVILS FOOD CAKE 
6 tbsp. Cocoa
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil

Mix all ingredients in bowl, blend for 2 min. and pour into a greased and floured 9 by 13 in. cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Top with Chocolate Chips and Chopped Walnuts before baking, or frost when baked.
