BAKED CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. butter
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
4 qts. popped corn

Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan. Stir in sugar, syrup, and salt. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda. Stir well. Pour over popcorn and mix. Turn into 2 large shallow pans. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Break apart. Tastes just like Karmelcorn you buy in stores.
