8 c. whole milk
3 c. sugar
2 c. whipping cream
2/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. lime juice
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Green food color
5 qts. ice cream freezer

In a very large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Add a few drops of green food color. Pour into a 5 quart freezer and ripen according to freezer directions. Garnish with lemon and lime slices if desired. Makes 4 quarts.
