MOM'S PECAN PIE 
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream together, first 3 ingredients, adding eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
