MARY OF PUDDING HILL CAKE 
8 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. candied cherries, half green
1/4 c. candied pineapples
1 c. flour to coat fruit and nuts
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Put nuts, fruit, and 1 cup of flour in large bowl; mix well. In smaller bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Pout over fruit mixture. Will make 2 loaf pans or 1 tube pan.

Line tins with heavy brown paper. Grease and flour. Pack cake tightly into pans. Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn oven to 250 degrees and bake 2 hours or until done.
