JIMMY CARTER CAKE 
FIRST LAYER:

2/3 c. crushed peanuts
1 stick butter, soft
1 c. flour

Mix like pie dough. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. 10X sugar

Blend well. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Put on top of crust.

THIRD LAYER:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 3/4 c. milk

Combine puddings; mix as on package. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour over second layer. Top with Cool whip. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and chocolate shavings.
