OYSTER STEW 
1/4 c. butter
1 pink fresh oysters
2 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream (half and half)
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Melt butter in small saucepan; add oysters with liquid; cook and stir over low heat just until edges curl. Heat milk and cream in another saucepan; stir in salt, pepper and oyster mixture. Makes 4 cups.
