CANDIED PECANS 
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Beat 1 egg. Add 1 pound pecans until well coated. Stir into sugar mixture. Stir until all coated. Bake on a buttered cookie sheet. Stir every 15 minutes. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees.
