BROCCOLI CASSEROLE IV 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. crumbled bleu cheese, softened
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
10 crushed Ritz crackers

NOTE: Spinach makes a great change of pace!

Melt butter in a saucepan. Blend in flour until smooth, then add cheeses. Slowly add milk, cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in broccoli. Place in a 1-quart buttered casserole and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
