1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 milk chocolate bar

Mix first 4 ingredients. Spread on greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 4 ounce Cool Whip. Spread over crust, chill. Combine puddings and milk. Beat until thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture and chill for 1 hour. Spread Cool Whip on top. Grate chocolate bar on top and chill or serve. Serves 15 to 20.
