MILLIONAIRE PIE 
20 Ritz crackers
2/3 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crackers with nuts in a plastic bag and crush with rolling pin. Beat eggs until stiff. Mix the above and pat into a 9 inch greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Filling: 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened. Cream with 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar. Spread over cooled crust.

Topping: 1/2 pint small carton heavy cream whipped and 8 ounce crushed pineapple, drained. Mix and spread over filling. Sprinkle with crushed nuts. Make 24 hours ahead. Refrigerate.
