1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme

Bring all ingredients to boil. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Great marinade for steak. Just brush on before and during grilling.
