CHICKEN WITH GARLIC BREAD CRUMBS 
1/2 c seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley or
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1-1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter
Spaghetti or barbecue sauce, warmed, if desired

Mix bread crumbs, parsley, salt and garlic. Dip chicken strips into egg. Coat with bread crumb mixture. Melt butter in 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in butter 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the center is no longer pink.

Serve with spaghetti or barbecue sauce, if desired.
