CHICKEN & SAUSAGE CACCIATORE 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
6 Italian sausage
1 green pepper, cut in slices
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Ragu Italian cooking sauce

Cook chicken and sausage (cut in 1" cubes) in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and put in electric cooker. Add Italian cooking sauce, sliced peppers and mushrooms, simmer for about 20 minutes. When ready to serve, re-heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice.
