RHUBARB PIE 
18 c. sugar (20 c. for green rhubarb)
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. plus 6 tbsp. orange rind
24 eggs, beaten
4 c. Carnation milk
36 c. cut rhubarb (red)

Beat together first 6 ingredients. Add rhubarb and mix well. Put into pie shells, 9 inch. Makes 12 pieces.
