IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. tart apples, pared
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
3 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pie pan 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Mix apples and spices, turn into pan. Beat remaining ingredients except streusel until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pan.

Mix all streusel ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle into pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 55 to 60 minutes. Cool.
