3-LAYER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. self rising flour
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs, separated
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Melt butter and add 4 egg yolks, sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla. Beat egg whites and fold in batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until sides pull away from pan. Frost with Chocolate Frosting.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sticks butter
