BRUNSWICK STEW | |
4 lb. lean beef 4 lb. lean pork 2-3 lb. chicken 4 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes 6 (15 oz.) cans corn 1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup 4 lg. onions Salt, black & red pepper to taste Cook pork, beef together until done. Cook and debone chicken. Grind meat, tomatoes, corn and onions, in food processor on grinder. Mix all ingredients together. Cook over low heat about 2 hours. |
