JANOSIK OMELET 
1 med. size potato, peeled
4 oz. chopped salami or kielbasa
1 sm. onion
1 chopped clove garlic
Caraway seeds to taste
Salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Oil

Sauté onion, salami and garlic in oil. In the meantime, coarsely grate the potato; squeeze lightly to remove excess water. Add mixture to the pan, frying on one side until potatoes are slightly golden. Turn the mixture and continue frying. Add beaten eggs, seasonings and cook on both sides.
