APPLE STRUDEL 
6 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vinegar
8 c. sliced apples
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 c. melted butter
Cinnamon

Mix 6 cups flour, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder. Add and work like for pies, 1 cup oil. Then add: 2 cups boiling water and 2 tablespoons vinegar. Mix well and knead for 2 minutes. Cover and let stand 1 hour.

For one strudel: 8 cups sliced apples, 1 1/4 cups sugar, 3 tablespoons tapioca, 1/4 cups melted butter and cinnamon. Mix and place in rolled out dough. Roll dough. Pinch under edges. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes or until golden brown.
