JELLY ROLL 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1/3 c. water
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix or sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Beat oil, water and egg yolks together. Add to flour mixture. In separate bowl beat egg whites and cream of tartar. Fold egg whites into batter, add vanilla. Pour on waxed paper lined jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Turn onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll. Cool 3 minutes, unroll, spread with jelly or filling, reroll.
