ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
12 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy. Add 3/4 cup sugar gradually until stiff, fold in flavor. Add flour with 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar mix gradually until flour disappears.

Put in tube ungreased pan. Gently. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Let stand until cool.
