APRICOT SALAD 
1 can Wilderness apricot pie filling
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, cut and drained
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 lg. ripe banana

Mix all ingredients together, except the banana and chill. Before serving, add the sliced banana. The flavor of this salad is enhanced if it's made the day before and is allowed to set overnight. Cut up maraschino cherries may be added for color and garnish.
