2 sm. pkgs. black raspberry Jello
2 sm. pkgs. lime Jello
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 can evaporated milk

Dissolve 1 box of each of first 3 packages of Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Dissolve 1 box of each of first 3 in 1 cup of hot water and 1/2 cup Carnation milk. Top with 1 package strawberry Jello in 1 1/2 cups water.

In a 9"x13" pan, pour first layer of plain Jello, let set, then add layer of same flavor Jello with milk, let set, then another layer of plain Jello, etc. until all is used. (Do not set completely, just enough so colors don't mix.)
