BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

In a large pot, saute onion in butter until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place mixed ingredients in 1 3/4 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes covered, and 30 minutes uncovered. Serves 12.
