CHICKEN ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
5 to 6 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. Top Ramen (without seasoning packet)
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/3 c. sliced almonds (or cashews)
2 chicken breasts, cooked & cut into sm. pieces

DRESSING:

1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Saute noodles, almonds and sesame seeds in butter until toasted, stirring constantly. Add to remaining ingredients (except dressing). Mix dressing and add dressing shortly before serving (toss salad to coat with dressing).
