MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
3 c. cauliflower 3 c. broccoli 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing 1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in half or use tomato wedges 1 c. cucumbers Cut cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Slice cucumbers (do not peel unless they have waxed coating). Add tomatoes. Mix together and add dressing. Cover and refrigerate. Allow to marinate for 7 hours or overnight. Yields about 8 servings. |
