1 lb. white chocolate
3 c. Rice Chex
3 c. Corn Chex
3 c. Cheerios
2 c. stick pretzels
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. M&M'S®

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Slowly melt chocolate in double boiler. Do not melt directly over heat. Pour over mixture to coat. Pour onto wax paper to cool and store in dry container.
