STUFFED SQUASH 
12 young white scalloped squash

Boil in salted water until tender. Hollow out seeds and put seeds into stuffing mixture.

STUFFING:

6 biscuits or old bread
Garlic or garlic salt
Poultry seasoning
Salt
1 egg
May add celery or other seasoning

Stuff squash and place in oblong pan. Put small amount water in pan. Bake 15 minutes or so at 350 degrees.
