KASHA 
1 (dry) c. Bulgar wheat
2 c. water and chicken broth
1/2 c. celery, fine
1/2 c. green onions
5-8 oz. canned mushrooms, or more fresh
Greek seasonings - basil, oregano, parsley, pepper, sage, savory, tarragon

Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
