HOT MULLED CIDER 
2 qts. cider or apple juice
1 qt. cranberry juice
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. rum or brandy (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 1 hour (a crock pot is perfect). Serve warm in glass cups or mugs with a cinnamon stick stirrer.
