GRANOLA BASICS 
2 c. honey
1/2 c. soy oil
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. box oatmeal
2 c. wheat germ

VARIATION:

1 c. sesame seeds
2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sunflower seeds
2 c. coconut
2 c. raisins

In a large bowl, combine honey and oil, beat until blended. Stir in salt, oatmeal and wheat germ. You may add one or more of the variations. Mix well. Spoon into jelly roll pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring often. Stir good at ends. Cool and store in containers.
