CHICKEN CHEESE FONDUE 
8 slices crustless bread
6 chicken breasts, sliced
Salt and pepper
Kraft American cheese or Old English cheese
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 box Special K cereal
2/3 stick melted butter

In large flat Pyrex dish, put 8 slices buttered crustless bread, completely cover bottom. Cover this with slices of 6 chicken breasts; salt and pepper; cover this with American or Old English cheese; beat 6 eggs with 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour over casserole. Refrigerate overnight or longer before baking. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before putting in oven.

Sprinkle over top 1/2 box Special K cereal, crushed, mixed with 2/3 stick melted butter. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Reheats nicely.
