BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of broccoli or mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
Ritz or Townhouse crackers

Cook and drain broccoli. In casserole dish combine broccoli, can of soup, 1/2 stick butter and milk. In small bowl combine melted butter and crackers until moist. Spread cracker mixture over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Dinner Option: Only use 1 package broccoli and add cooked cubed chicken.
