CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
4 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar

Melt baking chocolate squares with butter and cool.

Beat smooth all ingredients except confectioner's sugar with an electric mixer. Chill until firm. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls; roll in confectioner's sugar. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes, or until cookies crack and feel firm when pressed gently. Cool.
