2 sq. melted Baker's chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Mix sugar, oil and chocolate. Add eggs; stir in vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder. Add to mixture. Chill for several hours. Form teaspoon amounts into balls by rolling in hands. Roll in confectioners sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
