2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pkg. sm. marshmallows

FROSTING:

1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Melt butter and cocoa over low heat. Remove from heat. Add sugar and beaten eggs. Add flour, salt, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake 350 degrees, 25 to 30 minutes.

As soon as you take from oven spread marshmallows over top. Then ice with frosting.
