1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. coconut
1 can apple pie filling
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Combine cake mix, butter, and coconut. Pat in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Spoon pie filling over cake mixture. Beat egg and sour cream. Pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
