CHEESE STRATA 
12 slices white bread
3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
2 1/2 c. finely diced ham
6 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Remove crusts from bread. Cut 12 doughnuts and holes from center of each slice. Place bread scraps in pan. Arrange cheese evenly over bread scraps. Top with a layer of broccoli, then a layer of ham. Arrange bread doughnuts and holes on ham. In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ingredients in pan. Cover; refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. When ready to use, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place uncovered pan in preheated oven. Bake 55 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
