1 sm. pkg. jello
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1 c. fruit

Make jello according to directions and chill until thick. Whip skim milk. Gently stir up jello and fold into whipped milk along with fruit. Pour in pie shell. I like this because of the versatility of flavors.
