1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 egg, well beaten
2/3 c. sugar

Mix and bring to a boil. Then add one 3 ounce package of strawberry Jello - boil 1 minute - let set in refrigerator until it starts to jell. Whip one large can chilled evaporated milk. Mix all together and put in vanilla wafer or other crust.
