PATIO SALAD 
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained and washed
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 boiled eggs, diced
1-1/2 onion, chopped
3/4 c. pickle relish
1 c. dairy sour cream

Mix first 6 ingredients and toss with the sour cream.
