BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
Prepare 8 slices of cubed bread and cube 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese. Set aside.

Beat together: 1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. sugar

Line 9"x13" greased pan with 4 slices of cubed bread. Lay on cream cheese cubes. Add remaining 4 slices of bread. Pour over mixture of egg and milk and cover with Saran Wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until knife testing comes out clean and serve in squares. Serves 8 to 12.
