JELLO PUNCH 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
2 c. sugar
6 c. water
2 lg. (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
4 qt. ginger ale, chilled
4 Ziploc bags

Mix Jello, sugar and water. Heat until dissolved. Pour in pineapple juice while first mixture is still warm. Mix well. Pour evenly into 4 Ziploc bags (1 gallon size) and freeze.

I freeze these flat on cookie sheets. About 1 hour before needed, take mixture out to thaw. Pour into punch bowl and pour ginger ale over mixture. Use 1 quart of ginger ale to each bag of frozen mixture. Serves about 50.
