PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 pork chops
1 c. rice
1 (18 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 slices onion
4 rings green pepper
1 tsp. salt

Brown chops. Lay in flat dish. Put a slice of onion on each chop, then a ring of green pepper, a mound of rice in each ring. Pour tomatoes over all. Cover with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. You may have to add liquid. I use broth.
