LEMON CREAM CHEESE DESSERT 
1 stick soft butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 sm. boxes instant lemon pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together butter, flour, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Press in 9x11 inch pan or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

FILLING: 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened, 1 cup sugar; set aside. Mix instant pudding and milk until thickened. Add cream cheese mixture and blend. Pour over crust and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and chill before serving.
