HOT CAKES 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil or bacon grease
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir just enough to wet all ingredients. Loosely screw on lid and refrigerate overnight. In morning, add 2 tablespoons oil or grease and enough warm water to make smooth, easy pouring batter. Lightly grease frying pan. Heat to medium heat. Pour batter to desired size into medium hot pan. Let dry on top. Turn and cook on other side. Adjust heat.
